What is energy work?

Energy work is something I started doing as a natural outgrowth of the sense of unity I discovered in my being. It is something available to all of us, and something I love to be a conduit for. Receiving energy work is an opportunity to bring the depth of stillness at our core, into our bodies, as we relax and receive. This kind of stillness can also be called alignment, as it is a clear releasing of old patterning in our physical self, and a renewal of energy that recalibrates how our bodies move and experience energy.
